Your Rights and Responsibilities
as a Platform User

1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and ark999 ("ark999", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ark999 online gaming platform, including the website, all gaming products, payment services, prize pool competitions, promotional offers, and any other services made available through https://ark999.app (collectively, the "Platform").

2 Eligibility

ark999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration

To access real-money features on ark999, you must complete the registration process, which requires providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, Pakistan mobile number, date of birth, and Pakistan Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must update it promptly if any details change.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on ark999. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different personal details, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent ban from the Platform.

3.3 KYC Verification

Before any withdrawal can be processed, and in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations, ark999 will request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation including a clear photograph of your CNIC, proof of payment method ownership, and, where required, proof of source of funds. Accounts that cannot complete KYC verification will have their withdrawal capability suspended until verification is complete.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ark999 account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ark999 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality. You should notify ark999 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ark999 accepts deposits from the following Pakistan-based payment methods: Easypaisa mobile wallet, JazzCash mobile wallet, SadaPay, Raast, and selected Pakistani bank accounts including HBL, UBL, and MCB Bank. ark999 reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

4.2 Currency

All transactions on ark999 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are communicated within the deposit interface and are subject to change. ark999 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically credited to your ark999 PKR wallet within seconds of a successful transaction confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer may take longer depending on the banking partner's processing times. ark999 is not liable for delays caused by payment providers or banking infrastructure.

4.4 Deposit Source

All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — accounts belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. If a third-party deposit is detected, ark999 reserves the right to reverse the deposit, suspend your account, and report the transaction in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawal of funds from your ark999 PKR wallet is subject to successful completion of KYC verification, compliance with the wagering requirements applicable to any bonus funds in your balance, and the absence of any ongoing investigation or account review. ark999 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of any of the foregoing.

5.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

Withdrawals will be processed to the verified payment method associated with your ark999 account — Easypaisa wallet, JazzCash wallet, or a verified Pakistan bank account. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are communicated within the withdrawal interface. Processing times vary by payment method and are communicated at the time of request.

5.3 Withdrawal Verification

ark999 may require additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where the account has not previously completed a full KYC review. Requested documentation must be provided within 14 days; failure to do so will result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to your account wallet.

6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional credits offered by ark999 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. Where a specific term conflicts with these general Terms, the specific term shall prevail for that particular offer.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds credited to your ark999 account are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements are communicated clearly in each offer's specific terms. Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately; real money funds are used first in eligible games.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

ark999 takes a strict approach to bonus abuse, which includes — but is not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting patterns to fulfil wagering requirements, and withdrawing before wagering requirements are met. Detected bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account termination.

6.4 Expiry

Bonus funds not used within the promotional validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically. ark999 is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry where the expiry date was communicated at the time the bonus was issued.

7 Prize Pool Competitions

ark999 operates weekly and monthly prize pool competitions in which registered users can accumulate qualifying points through eligible gameplay. Prize pool distributions are based on leaderboard rankings at the close of each competition period. The following rules apply to all ark999 prize pool competitions:

• Participation in prize pool competitions is open only to registered, KYC-verified ark999 accounts in good standing.
• The specific games, wager amounts, and point-earning mechanics for each prize pool are communicated within the prize pool section of the Platform.
• Prize pool winnings are credited to the winner's PKR wallet as real money (not bonus funds), unless otherwise stated.
• ark999 reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to have manipulated leaderboard positions through collusion, account abuse, or any other prohibited means.
• Prize pool terms, including the total PKR prize pool value and distribution brackets, are subject to change from competition to competition.

8 Gaming Rules

All games available on the ark999 Platform are governed by the rules of the respective game and the rules of the relevant certified game provider. In the event of a discrepancy between the display on your screen and the server-side game result, the server-side result shall be final and binding.

ark999 does not accept responsibility for network interruptions, device failures, or connectivity issues that may affect gameplay. Where a game round is interrupted before completion due to a technical failure on ark999's infrastructure, ark999 will use its best efforts to credit any stake lost as a result of the interruption.

Bets already placed and accepted by the game server cannot be cancelled or amended by the user. It is your responsibility to verify your bet details before confirming a wager.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ark999 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or misconfigured odds for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting such errors are void.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, prize pool leaderboards, or any other competitive feature of the Platform.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering or any other financial crime through the ark999 Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with ark999.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• Allowing any other person, including a minor, to access your ark999 account.
• Engaging in offensive, abusive, or harassing behaviour toward ark999 staff or other Platform users via any communication channel.

10 Responsible Gaming

ark999 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all users. The following responsible gaming provisions are enforceable terms of these Terms and Conditions, not merely guidelines:

• 18+ Rule: Real-money gaming on ark999 is strictly restricted to users who are 18 years of age or older. ark999 will terminate any account found to belong to a minor and will return net deposits after deducting any administrative costs associated with the investigation.
• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits within their account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours (for increases to daily limits) or 7 days (for increases to weekly or monthly limits).
• Self-Exclusion: Users may apply a self-exclusion at any time, locking their account from real-money gaming for a minimum period of 6 weeks. 11 Intellectual Property

All content on the ark999 Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, game content, sounds, and the overall design of the Platform — is the intellectual property of ark999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, publicly display, or create derivative works of any Platform content without the prior written consent of ark999. Unauthorised use of ark999 intellectual property is grounds for immediate account termination and may result in legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ark999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failure, even if ark999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ark999's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your ark999 account in the 12 calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.
